By now, i think most probably you have been watching celcom’s and media prima’s  tv Ads in promoting Euro 2008 in all media prima’s sisterhood tv stations.

Apparently, as much as i hate the tv ad esp the part where the speaker’s goosebump speech talking about having no sponsor. I think it is an effective ad. at least it manage to penetrate into viewers mind eventough in almost anoying way. However as much as the ad being effective in having their existance into viewers head from the first view. I assume, most of them, like me, flip to another channel, whenever the ad pop into my tv screen.

The screaming, the direct proclaimation that the soccer addicts cant live without soccer is too much for me to handle.

the part where everyone dyeing their hair blue for soccer is too much for me to swallow since untill now i see no one in KL is dyeing their hair blue yet. But at this point of time, i must say, celcom’s A&P executive has succesfully and aggresively ensure their company brand existance is being maximised from skin to skin with zero tolerancy.

Let see how much media prima willing to suck up to celcom’s A&P budget this year, will they allow their buletin utama news reader reading the news with celcom’s official sorakan emosi’s jersey or tshirt? will they go that far? and will celcom pay even more in order to push away hotlink and digi product from their customer’s mind.

The question, will the male customers switch to celcom postpaid and xpaid after all this? will you? will hotlink and digi female customers change their number to xpax just becoz the new xpax theme song is now very hiphop and appealing very sexy but cute to ears of female ears.

or will all flirty males of digi and hotlink customer who are always in constant need for topup to call and sms gurls, change to xpax just to earn that extra credit to take their desired gurl go out for a rendezvous?

I think some of you will.

be seated ladies and gentlemen, celcom now moving into becoming a daring, sexy, and hip advertiser.

psssttt… with the best is more to come, will celcom’s tsunami of change succeed? i think, most probably they will. u just wait and see.
