McKey Photo 9

Finally ive completed watching ANTM cycle 11. As refreshing as usual. Personally i found that this season cast is one of the  most  modelesque girls of all season. Eversince the makeover, i always rooting for McKey. I love her features! and damn im so glad she won! Other than Jaslene, Mckey is my personal favourite of ANTM winner that i think has what it takes to become a supermodel in runaway, print and tv commercial.

Marjorie Photo 11

My second favourite from ANTM 11 is Marjorie Conrad. I love her personality, since i am too, tend to fidget when i get nervous(something that i continously learn to perfect my skills to overcome my nerves). As a model, i felt Marjorie has the essential features and personality. But she need to manage her nervousness-something that i believe can be master through time )

Analeigh Photo 10

Lastly i just love Analeigh Tipton. She is not only beautiful from the outside, but from the inside aswell. I love her friendship with Marjorie and how considerate she is as a friend. She also can become a bankable model if she can give a variety of facial shots, i believe her posing style is already progressing throughout the end of the cyle. She has master her posing techniques, giving variety of posing style. If not a model, i believe she can be a succesful actress one day.

Maklumlah penonton kita memang semuanya malu-malu kucing belaka kan.

Tkpelah, janji happening.

Sebaik sahaja Persembahan selesai, kami terus blas, menuju Kak Mah tomyam, kerana perut dah masuk angin!.

Sayang, dont be stingy...we'll make your RM10 worth every cents okay :)

The recent proposal request lead by Malaysian Film Producers Association to FINAS in hope to ‘plea’ for all Hollywood film released in Malaysia cinema’s ticket price to be charge at minimum of RM20.

Currently all Malaysian movies have been given a special privilege of ‘wajib tayang’ scheme to ensure their movies (regardless how bad the movie quality or low public acceptance) will enjoy a compulsory screening slot by the cinema owners nationwide.

As if that’s not enough, with the always and forever productive culture of ‘subsidy’, ‘umbrella’ and ‘spoon fed’ among Malaysian citizen’s particularly the bumiputera, it will not only cultivate the culture of anti competition but an orthodox practice that will surely provides ’positive’ platform for Malaysian films producers and directors to ‘raised’ the standard of Malaysian movies compared to Indonesia and Thailand, let alone Hollywood.

Personally, as a consumer, even after the enforcement of the new ticket price, I won’t be bother watching crappy Malaysian movies at the cinema for the sake of ‘supporting’ the industry.

In fact, I believe it is our responsible to NOT watch their crappy movies in order to encourage them to produce a BETTER movie. I always believe that, spending my hard earned money to these film producer/director wannabe will only nurture a group of a few Malaysian film producer and directors who refused to grow up and could not accept that they, should run a restaurant rather making another crappy movies.

Cinema goers these days are more educated and selective in spending their money on movies compared in the 1990s. The standard of living has also increased since the beginning of 2k years. Unless if they decide to make movies for the growing numbers of immigrants population in Malaysia.

I honestly challenge these so called local film ‘heroes’ to proceed with their laughable proposal as soon as possible and see if in future, the local film industry will float or sink to the deepest south china sea.

Perhaps, they are not fully aware, by 2015, with a completion of the final phase of High Speed Broad band service in Malaysia, it will offer a faster speed and a higher quality broadband service which will provides a better alternative for Malaysian to seek source of entertainment online, from youtube, torrent to IPTV, with the decreasing price of HDTV and home theater system, Malaysian will soon be able to enjoy whatever movies they want to watch, safer, at the comfort of our home.

Caprice third single, ‘Fantasy Girl’, is definitely going to start stir some waves  in 2009. The catchy vibe of his new single has already making waves on the internet, making hits on youtube.

The video which features hot sexy girls not only from homeland Malaysia, but other parts of the world aswell, it also includes a special sizzling appearance by an internet exhibitionista chick from Toronto, Sophia Loren and featuring an online collaboration with internet aspiring rapper, LM from Houston, Texas.

‘Fantasy Girl’ music videos features shots of the girls from different parts of the continents dancing and having fun to Caprice song, and the rap break by Mr LM from Houston,USA shot in a night mode in front of video camera. The video treatment is not only creative and sexy but it’s also clever considering the budget constraints and suchs. The idea is also rarely seen done by any other artiste.

Following his other hit single such as ‘Lenglui’ and the effectious ‘Dem Girls’, Caprice continues his flirtiest catchy hooks and enough eye candy pleasures to make all the girls(and boys) hoping from more.

Currently his song has already hit airwaves on Malaysia Xfresh and Hitz.fm radio, hungry for more request and votes to keep his career going, and making performances around town especially at private functions and prom.

Yes, get him while he’s still available at affordable rates, cause this cute fella definitely going to make it big offshore real real soon, following other Malaysia talented fresh homegrown export such as Chenelle, Shayna Zaid, Zee Avi(Koko Kaina), Pop Shuvit and others!

petang yang riuh!

petang yang riuh!

Yes! Rock the world 8 kembali lagi pada tahun 2008. Melepaskan dahaga peminat yang merindui temasya yang mengangkat karya-karya pengkarya musik tempatan berpaksi kan irama rock. Yeke?

(aku hampir nak menangis at one point, tapi aku tahan, sebab malu ngan geng sebelah!).

CANTIK!. ya lah, tak kan nak perform medley mcm hari tu kan?. Radhi bijak menguasi set mereka,  abang sekuriti dengan tangkasnya memakaikan Radhi sweater hitam bilamana sweater merah dilucutkan Radhi dengan selumber ya ya nya kerana kepanasan!. Hehehehe. Radhi, hang saja cari pasal ya…:P

Aksi Revenge berjaya memberi kelainan pada malam itu, Ini aksi sulung mereka dipentas Rock The World. Cukup memberi kepuasan kepada pengemar musik rock retro 80an. Suka sangat tengok aksi ligat mereka dipentas.siap ada dance move lagi tu… :) Havoc.

Anti sosial kah? I say, enough with the atitude lah!.

Bittersweet hebat memukau penonton sejurus laungan ‘cubaan’ mereka keudara. RIUH. hehhee. Laungan gegak gempita mosh pit gamat bila ‘Capital E’ dimainkan.

Aku tergelak besar pabila dimaklumkan bahawa Emmet tertawa pabila ada tangan nakal dihadapan pagar sempat memicit ‘tetek’  beliau sebelum beliau ‘bodysurf’. Hmmm dekat bukit jalil dahinya bedarah tekena tuning pegs.Kt RTW kena ’picit’ pulak ye? hahhaa :)  Apapun, aksi butterfingers cukup menghiburkan dan penuh makna jika kalian memahami tiap bait kata-kata lagu butterfingers yangdilantunkan.

Secara dasarnya, semua band-band yang mengisi Rock The World 8 hebat2 belaka, walaupun terasa macam kekurangan ajinamoto…namun, band-band yang ada dari The otherside orchestra hinggalah ke Butterfingers tidaklah mengecewakan sangat.Aku tak nak komplen pasal band list sebab event ni finaly ON pun dah cukup bagus dah!.Band2 tempatan amat2lah hebat belaka sekarang.

keep on making music k bro! luv ya!

Since my parents requested to keep meksu (my 7 months old kitten)with them at my hometown, and after moving into a new home. i miss my cat even more, and so does my housemate.

oh how miss her playing hide and attack, and her manja atitude, licking my lips, my face, slept on my arms when im using my laptop. She is so smart and attentive to things we say to her. So no wonder my parents were smitten by her and wanted to keep her.

Anyway i didnt have a guts to take her away from my parents. So the last 2 weeks, ive started looking for a poor kitten to be taken under my care. The thing is, im so auspicious when selecting kitten. I didnt just take any kitten. I only adopt a kitten who i think has the ‘chemistry’ that im looking for. Meksu, for instance, was a sick poor unwanted siamese kitten i found in spca.

It has also been 2 nights in a row i found myself dreaming, adopting a kitten. A kitten appear in my dream last night dream looklike the picture above. a grey kitten.

Well, if God meant me to keep a kitten once again. It will happen sooner or later. I dont want to rush into this. I like things to fall place according to my faith. Maybe i will stumble upon a sick unwanted kitten somewhere, or i found that kitten from someone who ask me to adopt their kitten. If it meant to be, then it will happen in a day or two or in months to come.

Gosh. this event is old. last month. Surprisingly, i haven’t  got a time to review it until today.

Event name: Levis Live Unbutton Big Bash Party
Time:9pm
Venue: KL Tower.
Line up:Estranged, Deja Voodoo Spells, MC Syze, Joe Flizzow (Malaysia), DJ T-Bone, Zul Mystroe, Richard J (Singapore), SLEEQ (Singapore) and DJ Cream (Indonesia)

Parking arrangement: well planned arrangement. shuttle van available for free. reasonable parking fee of RM5 @ legal parking compound.

Rating: Couldve been better. 3 stars out of 5.

First of all, its a shame when a well planned exclusive party cum gig like this is not being promoted heavily in proper channels. If it wasnt becoz of the email mailing list and someone we knew were among the line up. i guess we wouldn’t be aware of the event.

Anyway, when we arrived. i saw few groups of giggers ready for the event. i think they probably not aware of all the line up. Sadly this is not a rock gig. its a mixed.

Thus soonest as Deja Voodoo Spells and Estranged finished their thing. Some of them left. Leaving the floor empty. However, the host has done his very best in persuading the shy people to filled floor  and go wild. LOL.

Yeah, i guess few sane ppl did listen to the calling. Thanks to the few group of drunkers, they at least hype up the cold surrounding with their cheering and ‘dancing’, hehe.

Personally, except for few malaysian talents. other talents are relatively unknown to the audience. Particularly those coming from singapore. Nevertheless all of them did their very best to satisfy the organizer and keep the  audience entertained.

Deja Voodoo Spells, our personal favourite of the bunch. Heat up the event as the first opening act. As usual, their captivating performance with their hits such as ‘Rock & Roll’, ‘I am What I Am’, ‘Five’. The trio proves that,Malaysian talents – BOLEH!.

As usual Rich Wow them all with 'Itu Kamu'.

minat la tshirt dia. mana beli?

Malaysia pop rock darlings, Estranged later fill the stage in akward moment, leaving napi soak up in his own sweat when everybody turn attention towards him. hehehhee, Rich later save him, performing their hits such as ‘Aurora’, ‘Yang Pernah’, ‘Velocity’, and my favourite’s ‘Slave in Us’ and of course, crowd favourite of ‘Itu Kamu’. Hehehehee.

Zul(on the right) performing with Richard J.

Zul(on the right) performing with Richard J.

I felt so sorry for Zul Mystroe, singaporean beat box talents. Thank god he can really beat box, or else he end up drowning in having his own season. The audience are hard to impress. I felt sorry for him for having to perform at the ‘wrong’ venue. But hes not that bad, in fact some of his skills did gain applause from the audience.

)

Richard J. Doing his 'thang'. :)

Richard J, manage to keep the crowd happy with few of his not-so-bad catchy  songs such as ‘addicted’, ‘Supagirl’. His performance is entertaining,He couldve been a succesful artist, if he can find his own identity and shed his Bow wow+T.I image. One thing fo sure, his high pitched speaking voice will sure impress Chris Tucker fans. I love Chris Tucker and yeah, Eddie Murphy. Opps. Off Topic.

sleeq sleaking their numbers.

sleeq sleaking their numbers.

The list of singaporean talents continues with Sleeq. The next big thing soon to invade our local malay radio after  Imran Ajmain, Alif Aziz. Why not? The duo, consist of Alip and Syarif  are bunch of eye candy, powerful enough to lure their attention in enjoying their music. The duo performed few english songs such as ‘moviestar’, with 1990s pop urban sound. Eventough outdated, it is still pleasurable.

MC syze save the show by throwing few olskool songs, to bring sweet memories to the audience particularly those who are fans of Too Phat back in the those days. The  powerful and smooth rap delivery is uncomparable to the ones shown by the previous performers.  LOL. I was hooked with the ryhme and enjoying it every seconds.

Joe Flizzow almost literally single handedly bring all the crowds going with his performance of his latest hits such as ‘Do it Duit’ and few other song that i cant remember that night.

Soon as it ends. Dj took over the stage and try their best to keep the momentum going with their playlist of songs hoping that the crowd staying and keeping it hype and happening.

Sadly, few groups including me choose to leave the scene after few snapping momento. Too bad, an event with such quality production, which includes lavish lightings, audio video pleasures, grafity activities and other gimics  should be share by more KLians.

Perhaps they could’ve arrange a tactical promotional strategy in the future. Surely they have to compete since event like these are mushrooming in numbers, having people to be more selective in spending their fun time. Or else end up at a tasteless event and not having a good time.

In reality, KL folks are now more picky than ever, especially for free events. After all, everybody want to make sure, after going through the traffic jems, spent ridiculous amount of parking ‘fee’ by those ‘parking’ pirates. The event will provides a happy hour experience.

Group: We’ve enough grounds to take action against authorities

KUALA LUMPUR: Residents affected by the landslide at Bukit Antarabangsa plan to sue the relevant government authorities for compensation.

A task force set up to represent the residents feels it has enough grounds to sue as the authorities had failed to act in time to avert the tragedy that claimed four lives.

Task force chairman Datuk M. Muniandy said that the committee had engaged lawyers to prepare the lawsuit and to identify the defendants.

“We have strong evidence to back the suit. The residents had been reporting about the slope instability for about two years.

“Because of the hilly terrain, the residents were always alert and cautious and had reported landslides, even sinkholes with the third one going about 6m deep,” he told reporters after a meeting with Selangor police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar here yesterday.

Task force secretary Raymond Jegathesan claimed that when residents complained that trees started to fall, the Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ) attributed it to strong winds and continuous rain.

Over 20 years ago, a block of houses under construction collapsed near the current landslide area but no action was taken to strengthen the slope.

“Now lives have been lost and people have lost their life savings.”

The meeting between Khalid and the residents’ representative was surprisingly not a fiery affair as anticipated.

Both parties discussed looting, entry of outsiders into the affected housing areas and the lack of information on the status of the affected hillside.

Residents also claimed that seven to eight reports had been lodged on looting and there was also photographic evidence of people in uniform misbehaving.

Nevertheless, Khalid urged residents to lodge reports over their complaints.

I just dont understand, why people still purchase property at risky suicidal areas such as the hills? and usually, whenever bad things happened, the last thing that these ppl will do is to accept the blame on themselves. I still think its not right for the ‘fortunate’ few to earn people tax money to compensate their ‘bad’ luck.

I remember, few years ago, eventough few evacuation notice has been issued to house owners living a landslide potential area( i think it somewhere nearby bukit antarabangsa UK heights aswell), they REFUSE to move out, and some even blame the authority of not sending them ‘evacuation notice’ EVENTHOUGH they themselves can see the bad condition of the land to hit their house that will take their lives.

You can actually see, these people arrogantly yet ‘innocently’ throw various accusation to everybody else concerning their matters on tv. If i were them, i be ashamed to even appear on tv.

To avoid unauthorised developer illegally developing the risky areas, the local authority should issue an official legal statement and erected a huge billboard to warn people that still insist to purchase the house at the risky area and to inform them that any property purchased at unautorised area is at their own risk.If anything occur they should get compensation from the developer themselves.

An agreement to all property purchaser at the illegal housing area should be issue and agreement containing nuptial stating that, their purchase the house at the risky disasterous area for landslide, etc at their own risk.

Funny thing is, why they just summons the MPAJ? why not also adds TNB,Telekom, and Syabas,Pos Malaysia etc etc? Why are these bodies still authorise their service at the’ illegal’ housing area. After all, its everyone else to blame right.kidding!.

i know its none of my business and my posting may sound selfish and insensitive to the victim.Eventough im so sorry for their badluck, i still think these ppl dont deserve to be personally compensate by the goverment using the tax money.I know some ppl might not agree with me, but this is just what i think.really.ok. i shut up now.

i always belief that, theres always a postive outcome after every ‘bad things’ that occured to us. unexpected things planned by god to our life has always be for our best interest.

Thus when i had to move out from my previous house with a short notice. Ive keep my mind positive during the ‘bad’ experience.

True enough. So far, the moving to a new house fiasco has finally ended. Im now renting a better home. :) so happy that i finally gone through it.I love my new home SO so much better than the old house. hehehe. Thank you Allah for helping me get through this.It doesnt matter i have to sacrifice my adha eve holidays, and not returning to my hometown to celebrate it with my family(still sad tho!).

Alhamdulilah. I feel so blessed.Slamat Hari Raya Adha to all.
